PointSolutions is a SharePoint specialist business based in the UK. We provide SharePoint implementation and consultancy services and have a suite of SharePoint business apps.
What caused you to consider a custom IT database solution?
We actually use the SharePoint Flex template in-house and support SharePoint Flex implementations in the UK as it fits perfectly alongside our own SharePoint based offerings.
How did you develop your SharePoint Flex solution?
We have extended the SharePoint Flex solution for a number of customers who were looking for a system that would ‘flex’ to their specific needs.
Which of the Flex modules did you use?
We have combined the base CRM functionality with our own HR modules and also included key integration points into financial and back-office systems.
How long have you been using SharePoint Flex, and what have the results been so far?
We have been providing the SharePoint Flex solution for a number of years. What tends to happen is that clients love the flexibility that the system offers and they soon adopt the solution as a central part of their business, for sales, marketing, project management and business planning.
