What caused you to consider a custom IT database solution?
We were using outdated technology which our IT department would no longer support. SharePoint provided must of what we needed, but we required additional features that Flex provides, including email management, interactions, and better document management.
How did you develop your SharePoint Flex solution?
I (Manager of department) personally configured the site with assistance from Rob Niles. Our IT department did not assist. We continue to modify the site with input from staff.
Which of the Flex modules did you use?
Base Flex CRM template with Outlook Plugin. Flex team assisted with modifying software for multiple parent lists.
How long have you been using SharePointFlex, and what have the results been so far?
We have been using it for approximately 1 month, with excellent results. It is greatly facilitating management of our workload.
